How Do You Set A Casio Watch?

I have a Casio Wave Ceptor 3311 WAV-430J wrist watch. I need to set the hour hand back an hour. Everywhere I look it says that it will set back on its own, and the only part that set back was the digital time. Can anyone tell me how to manually set the hour hand back an hour?

You can download the manual from the source below.
It said the analog hands are synchronized with the digital time.
Read the section “To set analog time”
So make sure the watch is fully charged by sunlight.
