It will be just as cheap and much quicker to go to the jeweller section of Target and get it done. $15 bucks top. A battery for the watch at Radio Shack will be $8-10 plus the hassle. Its pretty easy if you know what you’re doing.
Its up to you. But you shouldn’t need a manual to do it. Unscrew the back, switch the battery, make sure the gasket is in place and put the case back on the watch
